Each player is permitted exactly one Pokerklas account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same payment method — will be merged or closed. Bonuses received on duplicate accounts are void and any associated winnings removed.
All bonuses at Pokerklas are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The standard requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
Pokerklas processes all withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the same payment method used for deposit. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. If Pokerklas determines at any point that you did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration, or have ceased to meet them subsequently, your account will be suspended and any open bets voided. Balances may be subject to review before release. Pokerklas takes age verification seriously and cooperates with any investigation into underage gambling.
Pokerklas may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.
Each player is entitled to maintain exactly one Pokerklas account. Pokerklas identifies duplicate accounts through shared mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, IP addresses and other technical means. Maintaining more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a violation of these Terms. Pokerklas will merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts are void.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested in the registration form. Providing false or misleading registration information is a ground for immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pokerklas account password. Pokerklas will never ask for your password by any means. You must notify us immediately at support@pokerklas.bid if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Pokerklas is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate password security.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Pokerklas account. 2FA settings are available under Account Security in your profile dashboard.
Pokerklas operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. Verification may be triggered automatically or manually at any time. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC (both sides), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and a selfie holding your CNIC. Account functionality may be limited until verification is complete.

All deposits are credited to your Pokerklas PKR wallet. Pokerklas does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider. Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment method not registered in your name — are prohibited and will trigger a hold on your account pending investigation.
Withdrawals from Pokerklas are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no published maximum withdrawal limit; large withdrawals may take additional processing time and may require enhanced verification before release. Pokerklas does not apply withdrawal fees on its side of the transaction, though your payment provider's standard charges may apply.
If you have an active bonus in your account, withdrawal of your real-money balance is generally permitted subject to verification, but any bonus balance and winnings generated from the bonus remain subject to the stated wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw an unmet bonus balance will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited rather than blocking your real-money withdrawal.
Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification (KYC). Pokerklas strongly encourages completing verification before placing your first withdrawal request to avoid any delay in receiving your funds.
As a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure, Pokerklas requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. If your original deposit method is unavailable, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request.

All bets placed at Pokerklas are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. Pokerklas reserves the right to decline any bet or limit bet sizes on any market without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a bet reference number is issued and displayed in your account's bet history.
Pokerklas displays odds in decimal format by default. Fractional and American formats are also available via the interface settings. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet slip is submitted and accepted form the basis of your payout calculation. In-play odds change continuously throughout events and the accepted odds are final.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of each sport. For cricket, this means PCB, ICC or the relevant domestic board's official result. For football, the result at the end of 90 minutes (including injury time) applies unless otherwise stated. Pokerklas reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is pending or under review.
A bet may be voided by Pokerklas in any of the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline; a market is opened or closed in error; pricing errors are identified; the outcome is affected by events beyond the scope of normal sporting play. Voided bets are returned as stake to your wallet at the original staked amount.
Where available, the cash out feature allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes at the price offered by Pokerklas at the time you initiate the cash out. Cash out availability is not guaranteed and the feature may be unavailable due to in-play circumstances, market suspension or technical conditions. Cash out decisions are final once confirmed.
Pokerklas offers RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games and live dealer games supplied by licensed third-party developers. All RNG games are certified by independent testing laboratories and the theoretical RTP percentages displayed represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed session returns.
Live dealer games are conducted in real time with human dealers. Pokerklas is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that may interrupt participation in live dealer games. Where a live game hand or round is disconnected before completion, settlement will be based on the best available information from the platform's game server logs, which are the definitive record.
Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each casino game are displayed within the game interface before the round begins. These limits may differ between game types, game variants and specific tables. Pokerklas may adjust table limits at any time without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pokerklas platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, Pokerklas will conduct a full audit of the account's activity before releasing any remaining balance. Funds derived from prohibited activity will be confiscated. Legitimate real-money balances not associated with any breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following audit completion.
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any eligible balance is returned following standard KYC checks.
