Pokerklas FAQ – Answers for Pakistani Betting Players

No — each player is allowed exactly one Pokerklas account. Duplicate accounts are identified through your mobile number, CNIC, device fingerprint and payment details. Any duplicate account found will be closed immediately and any bonuses on it will be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page or contact our support team instead of creating a new account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at Pokerklas. This is a hard requirement — not a guideline. Age is verified during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an underage player is closed immediately and any balance is forfeited. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register.

Pokerklas requires KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents are your National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or Pakistani driving licence. On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. Pokerklas sends a one-time password (OTP) to that number within seconds. Enter the OTP in the verification screen, then set your new password. The whole process takes under two minutes. If your registered mobile number is no longer active, contact support@pokerklas.bid and our team will verify your identity through alternative means.

Yes, but this requires identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Contact our support team at support@pokerklas.bid, request a mobile number update and provide your CNIC plus the new mobile number you wish to link. Our team will verify your identity and process the change. This typically takes one to two business days. For security, you will receive a confirmation SMS on both the old and new numbers once the change is complete.

Pokerklas supports the most popular Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no transaction fees on the Pokerklas side — the full amount you deposit arrives in your betting wallet. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transfer fees.

The minimum deposit at Pokerklas is Rs 500. This applies across all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. Card payments are usually instant but can take up to 10 minutes during high-traffic periods. Pokerklas does not charge any deposit fees. Every rupee you deposit lands in your betting wallet in full. However, your payment provider — for example Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank — may charge their standard transfer fees as per their own schedule. These fees are separate from Pokerklas and are not within our control. Always check your wallet or banking app for applicable transaction charges before transferring.

Wait at least 30 minutes before raising a concern — some IBFT transfers and card payments take a little time to process. If the amount still has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team via live chat or at support@pokerklas.bid. Have your Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank transaction reference number ready. Our team can trace the payment and, if the funds were received, credit them to your account manually. If the transfer failed at the network level, no money has been taken and no action is needed on your end.

Log in to your Pokerklas account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used to deposit wherever possible — this is a standard fraud prevention measure. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually arrive within 1–3 hours. IBFT bank transfers take between 1–12 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals can take 1–5 business days depending on the card issuer. Processing times are for approved, fully verified accounts. Pending KYC verification or wagering requirements may delay processing until those are completed.

If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, you can still initiate a withdrawal — but the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Your original real-money deposit (minus any losses) remains withdrawable. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) tells you how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus becomes real withdrawable money. If you receive a message claiming to be from Pokerklas and asking for your password, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond, do not click any links in the message, and report it to support@pokerklas.bid immediately with a screenshot or description of the message. Change your Pokerklas password right away if you believe your account may have been compromised.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Pokerklas account, act immediately: first, change your password from the login page using the reset function.
